At Your Wedding Day Planner we offer a no-obligation Free Consultation Service. We will come to you or you can come to our offices in Beaconsfield to discuss your requirements in depth.
For a Full Service
After consultation with you, we will create a tailor made schedule for your big day. This will include all aspects of the preparations leading right through to the Wedding Day itself. On your behalf, we will liaise with suppliers and venues, make bookings, and attend appointments with you. We will make sure that everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. We will also be there to make sure that everyone involved with the wedding knows their role in your big day.
From a % of the Overall Budget - with an initial confirmation deposit.

Venue & Supplier Sourcing - From £100.00
There are a vast amount of venues, florists, photographers, caterers out there. As there are so many to choose from, finding the right place to get married and host your reception can be a time consuming and daunting task.
We will do the searching on your behalf and provide you with a short-list of suitable venues & suppliers to view & talk to, based on your specific requirements. If you wish we can attend all the meetings with you.
On the Day Management - From £250.00
You may have already booked and planned the wedding of your dreams but feel that you want the peace of mind knowing that every little detail is being looked after allowing you to relax and enjoy every moment of your very special day.
4 Weeks Prior & On Day Service – Contact all Suppliers
Confirm all bookings, Pick Up Dress.
Four weeks before your wedding date we will meet you both at your
chosen location and we will run through your supplier contracts and
discuss schedules for your wedding celebration. We will also create
a minute-by-minute detailed plan of your day, which we will use to
co-ordinate with your suppliers.
On your Wedding Day we will arrive in the morning to guide you and ensure all the set-ups are taking place, we will lease with your chosen suppliers and once your wedding begins we will be there to deal with any queries from you or your guests. Our aim is to be there in the most discreet way and ensure you have a fabulous day.
